If you win, we’ll send donors to your table.\u00a0 If you have AV needs, you can arrange them ahead of time with the venue.<\/p>\n Presentations will be made from a small stage.\u00a0 There is a podium and room for an easel, and for several people, if that’s a way you want to tell your story.\u00a0 Nothing is required!\u00a0<\/p>\n After all three NPOs have made their pitch, members will digitally vote.\u00a0 The winning nonprofit will be funded, and the other two will have an opportunity to be invited again.<\/p>\n The winning nonprofit should be prepared to receive funds and give receipts.\u00a0 It’s in your best interest to provide as many ways to receive funds as you can (cash, check, credit card, Stripe, Venmo, Square, etc.).\u00a0 You should also be prepared to provide tax receipts to each donor.\u00a0 Some nonprofits pre-fill receipts to make it easier to finalize them at the event and keep the line moving quickly.\u00a0 If you are unfamiliar with the elements that need to be on a tax receipt, we’ll soon have a template for you to (optionally) use.
