Invite

Have you invited anyone to look at our group lately? It’s easy to send them to our site and more fun to take them to coffee, or invite them to one of our quarterly meetings to learn more.

One hundred women were asked why they weren’t members of various non-profit groups. The #1 answer given was, “Because nobody asked/invited me.” Don’t let shyness get the better of you. Maybe the person you’re thinking of is actually a little put out that you haven’t invited them!

Here’s a quick reminder regarding your responsibilities as a member of this gift of a group:

Membership is easy

Members agree to...

Commit to giving $100 (or more) 4 times a year ($400 annually).
Donate each quarter to the non-profit organization selected by the group (if I am unable to attend the quarterly event, donate to the organization as soon as possible thereafter, within 30 days).
Nominate an eligible non-profit at least twice a year.
Invite another woman at least once a year (be sure to RSVP for your guest).
Take a turn at a leadership role at some point.
Release our image (when captured at 100 Women Pacific events and gatherings) for use in promotional materials.

Members are encouraged to...

Ratchet up the collective power of our giving by participating with our chosen non-profit during the quarter in which they are the recipient of our funding (and maybe longer!). Learn more about the effort and participate by rolling up your sleeves to help them attain their goals by giving of your time and talent.
